I’ve called South Devon home for the majority of my life, though my love for travel and exploring nature remains a constant passion. Blessed with a fulfilling marriage and two amazing adult children, life has certainly presented its share of highs and lows. Through it all, I’ve come to firmly believe that unlocking happiness involves trusting our instincts to craft a meaningful roadmap for our journey.
My personal therapy journey revealed the profound healing power of writing after experiencing bereavement. Instead of just opening a world, it became a transformative discovery. This realization has seamlessly woven into my current practice, where I regularly leverage the therapeutic benefits of creativity.
Today, as I guide others, I find that creativity continues to be a nourishing force, feeding my soul and enhancing the support I provide.
Experiencing a transformative journey through therapy sparked a profound calling for me. Fueled by this life-changing encounter, I made the choice to invest my knowledge and skills in assisting others on their quest for an authentic path.
As a dedicated counsellor, my passion revolves around guiding individuals to unlock their full potential. It’s not just a profession for me; it’s a heartfelt commitment to supporting others in their unique journeys toward self-discovery and fulfilment.
Beyond my private practice, I’m in the mix of things, lending a hand to a local charity and Cruse Bereavement. It’s my way of connecting with the community and being there for those who could use some extra support.
On top of that, I’m diving into the world of Therapeutic Coaching, looking to add a bit more structure for those who want to focus on specific outcomes. Mixing it up like this reflects my genuine desire to make a positive impact in different corners of people’s lives.
